Job Description:
- Investigate and promptly report any technical issues related to hotels and Online Travel Agents (OTAs).
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of property content across all online sales channels.
- Implement and manage technical online promotion programs, optimizing content for both the company website and OTA platforms.
- Maintain and regularly update the Room Availability document and other operational records.
- Manage and update hotel content and promotional materials in the booking engine and multiple OTA systems.
- Handle the registration of new hotels in the Booking Engine, Channel Manager, and OTA platforms.
- Conduct a thorough analysis of technical problems originating from hotels, PMS (Property Management System), Channel Managers, and OTAs, and escalate as necessary.
- Collaborate with the head office eCommerce team to ensure accurate distribution of rates and inventory across all online platforms.
