Job Description:

  1. Investigate and promptly report any technical issues related to hotels and Online Travel Agents (OTAs).
  2. Ensure accuracy and consistency of property content across all online sales channels.
  3. Implement and manage technical online promotion programs, optimizing content for both the company website and OTA platforms.
  4. Maintain and regularly update the Room Availability document and other operational records.
  5. Manage and update hotel content and promotional materials in the booking engine and multiple OTA systems.
  6. Handle the registration of new hotels in the Booking Engine, Channel Manager, and OTA platforms.
  7. Conduct a thorough analysis of technical problems originating from hotels, PMS (Property Management System), Channel Managers, and OTAs, and escalate as necessary.
  8. Collaborate with the head office eCommerce team to ensure accurate distribution of rates and inventory across all online platforms.
