Job Descriptions:

• Builds, coordinates, and manages the Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding functions for the head office and all hotels.
• Provides General Manager (GM) candidates for all Archipelago hotels.
• Maintains strong relationships between Archipelago and hotel owners.
• Develops strategic hiring plans for all Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding functions.
• Coordinates and monitors all Talent Acquisition activities at the head office and hotels.
• Maintains and updates the GM talent pipeline.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) or equivalent; postgraduate degree preferred.
• Excellent English, both spoken and written.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role.
• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding trends.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Willing to be placed in our Head Office, South Jakarta
