We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Information Technology (IT) Project Manager to lead, plan, and execute IT projects in a fully remote environment. The successful candidate will oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring alignment with business objectives, technology strategy, and organizational goals.

This position is strictly limited to candidates who currently reside in the United States and are legally authorized to work in the U.S. Applications from individuals residing outside the United States will not be considered.


Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget

Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders

Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations

Coordinate cross-functional teams including software developers, network engineers, QA analysts, and IT support staff

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies

Communicate project status, issues, and milestones to executive leadership and stakeholders

Ensure adherence to IT governance, compliance standards, and best practices

Conduct post-project evaluations and identify areas for improvement

Maintain documentation of project plans, change requests, and approvals


Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field

Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in IT project management or technology operations

Proven track record managing complex IT projects, including infrastructure, software development, or cloud implementations

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid)

Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Trello, or Asana

Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work independently and productively in a remote environment


Preferred Qualifications:

Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification

Experience managing remote or distributed IT teams

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and enterprise IT systems

Understanding of cybersecurity best practices and compliance frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, SOC 2, GDPR)


Compensation:

Annual Salary Range: $100,000 – $140,000 USD, commensurate with experience, certifications, and geographic location
