The Product Specialist is responsible for providing expert knowledge and support for the organizations products, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving product adoption. This role collaborates with sales, marketing, engineering, and support teams to communicate product value, support go-to-market initiatives, and provide technical expertise to both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a product expert, providing guidance and technical support to internal teams and customers

  • Assist in product launches, training sessions, and go-to-market initiatives

  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify product improvements and opportunities

  • Develop product documentation, training materials, FAQs, and technical guides

  • Collaborate with product management and engineering to clarify requirements and resolve product issues

  • Support sales teams with product demonstrations, presentations, and competitive insights

  • Monitor product performance metrics and assist in reporting key outcomes

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and product developments

  • Ensure consistency and accuracy of product messaging across all channels

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field

  • 3–5 years of experience in product support, product management, technical sales, or a related role

  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle, features, and technical specifications

  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities

  • Proficiency with productivity tools (Microsoft Office, collaboration platforms, CRM systems)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in SaaS, technology, or B2B product environments

  • Familiarity with product management tools (Jira, Confluence, or similar)

  • Experience with customer success, onboarding, or technical support

  • Knowledge of competitive analysis, market research, and product positioning

Compensation

  • Annual Salary Range: $75,000 – $105,000 USD, based on experience, expertise, and geographic location
