We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Support Specialist to provide exceptional customer and client support in a fully remote environment. The successful candidate will troubleshoot issues, respond to inquiries, and ensure timely resolution while maintaining a high standard of service and customer satisfaction.

This position is strictly limited to candidates who currently reside in the United States and are legally authorized to work in the U.S. Applications from individuals residing outside the United States will not be considered.


Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems

Troubleshoot and resolve technical, operational, or service-related issues

Document and track support interactions and resolutions accurately in CRM or ticketing systems

Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues

Provide guidance and education to customers on product, service, or process usage

Identify recurring problems and propose process or product improvements

Monitor support performance metrics and maintain high-quality standards

Assist in creating knowledge base articles, FAQs, and support documentation


Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred

Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in customer support, technical support, or client services

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency with CRM, ticketing systems, and Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment

Professional demeanor and a customer-focused mindset


Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in technical support, SaaS, or software-based environments

Familiarity with remote support tools, collaboration platforms, and troubleshooting processes

Ability to handle high-volume support requests efficiently

Bilingual or multilingual communication skills are a plus


Compensation:

Annual Salary Range: $45,000 – $65,000 USD, commensurate with experience, skills, and geographic location
