We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Program Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and administration of organizational programs in a fully remote environment. The successful candidate will coordinate program activities, manage schedules, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope while maintaining effective communication across stakeholders.

This position is strictly limited to candidates who currently reside in the United States and are legally authorized to work in the U.S. Applications from individuals residing outside the United States will not be considered.


Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate program activities, schedules, and resources to ensure timely execution

Assist in planning, tracking, and reporting program milestones and deliverables

Prepare agendas, documentation, and presentations for program meetings

Communicate program updates and key information to internal and external stakeholders

Monitor program budgets, track expenses, and support financial reporting

Maintain accurate program records, databases, and documentation

Assist in evaluating program performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions

Support multiple projects and cross-functional teams in a remote environment

Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements


Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Communications, or a related field

Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in program coordination, project management, or administrative support

Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com)

Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical skills


Preferred Qualifications:

Experience coordinating programs in nonprofit, healthcare, education, or technology sectors

Familiarity with budgeting, reporting, and program evaluation methods

Certification in project management (e.g., CAPM, PMP) or program management preferred

Experience with CRM, collaboration, or workflow management platforms


Compensation:

Annual Salary Range: $55,000 – $75,000 USD, commensurate with experience, skills, and geographic location
