About the School

Founded in 2016, the school is a K-12 international institution nestled at the foot of the picturesque and historic YuQuan Mountain in Haidian District, Beijing. Our 200,000 square-meter campus combines natural beauty, cultural heritage, and modern design, featuring 140,000 square meters of green space and gardens.

The academic structure includes an Elementary School (K5), Middle School (Grades 68), and High School (Grades 912). Our High School program blends the US Common Core and College Board AP curriculum with the UKs IGCSE and A-Level programs, offering students a broad and rigorous international education.

Qualifications and Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• Four-year degree from an accredited university
• Bachelor of Education, PGCE, or national/state teaching license (QTS or equivalent)
• At least three years of experience teaching mathematics at the high school level in a bilingual, international, or state school setting

Key Responsibilities

Curriculum Development & Instruction:

• Deliver high-quality mathematics lessons aligned with the US Common Core, AP, IGCSE, and/or A-Level curriculum
• Use innovative teaching methods, technology integration, and inquiry-based learning
• Cultivate a classroom culture that promotes academic risk-taking, analytical thinking, and mathematical fluency

Student Development & Assessment:

• Monitor and assess student learning using a range of formative and summative tools
• Provide clear, constructive feedback to support student progress and achievement
• Adapt instruction to meet the needs of learners with varying abilities and interests

Collaboration & Professional Development:

• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure continuity and coherence across the mathematics department
• Engage in school-wide initiatives, curriculum planning, and professional growth opportunities
• Contribute to department meetings, accreditation work, and curriculum reviews

Parent Communication & Extracurricular Activities:

• Maintain open and proactive communication with parents and guardians
• Participate in parent-teacher conferences and school events
• Support or lead co-curricular activities, including math competitions, clubs, or advisory roles

Remuneration & Benefits

• Annual base salary: $53K$65K (with promotion opportunities)
