The Opportunity
Our client school in Milan is seeking a passionate, dedicated, and motivated Kindergarten Teacher to join its Early Years team from September 2025. You will play a key role in delivering a holistic and engaging learning experience for young children, working in a collaborative and bilingual international setting.
Key Responsibilities
Teaching and Learning

Promote the schools mission and support children in becoming global citizens

Deliver high-quality teaching based on thorough curriculum knowledge

Use assessment and tracking tools to support student progress

Contribute to professional development and school-wide initiatives

Communicate the schools values and act as an ambassador at all times
Planning and Classroom Management

Organise a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment

Plan and deliver motivating lessons that address diverse student needs

Align lessons with curriculum guidelines and promote positive behaviour

Communicate regularly with families and school leaders about student progress

Stay current with best practices in Early Years education

Collaborate closely with teaching teams

Support school life beyond the classroom, including events and co-curricular activities
Candidate Profile
Education & Training
-
Bachelor of Education (or equivalent degree)
-
Valid teaching certificate (in good standing)
-
Qualified to teach Kindergarten-level students

Native English speaker
Experience & Attributes

Proven experience teaching in Early Years

Creative and enthusiastic approach to teaching

Experience with innovative or inquiry-based learning

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
