The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Mathematics Teacher to deliver the core middle school Maths curriculum from September 2025. You will be responsible for planning and teaching high-quality lessons, implementing effective assessment strategies, and helping students develop confidence and competence in mathematical thinking. The successful candidate will demonstrate passion for teaching, strong subject knowledge, and a commitment to student progress.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, engaging Mathematics lessons to middle school students

Teach a range of modules and mathematical concepts aligned with the curriculum

Use assessment and feedback to monitor progress and raise achievement

Support students in developing strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Maintain a well-structured, inclusive, and positive classroom environment

Collaborate with colleagues to support curriculum planning and interdisciplinary learning

Prepare students for internal and external assessments

Promote a growth mindset and love of learning among students

Contribute to the wider life of the school, including extracurricular activities and school events
Candidate Profile
Education & Qualifications:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or international equivalent

Bachelors degree in Mathematics or a closely related field
Experience & Skills:

Experience teaching Mathematics at middle or secondary school level

Strong understanding of curriculum and assessment requirements

Ability to differentiate instruction and support diverse learning needs

Passion for teaching and a commitment to high student achievement

Strong interpersonal and classroom management skills

Previous experience in an international or bilingual setting is an advantage
