The Opportunity

Our client school in Milan is seeking a qualified and experienced Admissions and Marketing Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will bring an international mindset and a strong background in sales and marketing, with a passion for education and a commitment to the school's mission and vision.

This role will involve leading and coordinating the schools marketing strategy, managing the admissions process from lead generation to enrolment, and building strong relationships with prospective and current families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop the annual admissions plan in collaboration with the national Head of Marketing & Admissions

  • Create and implement the schools yearly marketing and communications plan

  • Oversee editorial content across all online and offline platforms

  • Plan and host admissions events, open days, social gatherings, and other outreach activities

  • Manage and convert leads effectively throughout the admissions funnel

  • Conduct meetings with prospective families and guide them through the application process

  • Review applications and supporting documentation, and formalise enrolments

  • Maintain and analyse the leads database, and produce weekly reports on leads, visits, and registrations

  • Identify new marketing and admissions initiatives to support school growth

  • Serve as the first point of contact for prospective families and maintain strong communication with current parents

  • Ensure timely and effective follow-up on feedback, including complaints, compliments, and suggestions

Requirements

  • High proficiency in English, both written and spoken

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

  • Proven experience in marketing and sales, ideally within an educational or international setting

  • Experience working with international markets and a global perspective

  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail

  • Professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information

  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Comfortable working collaboratively across departments and with external stakeholders
