Elian's British School of La Nucia is seeking an experienced IB Diploma Programme Business Teacher to cover a period of paternity leave.

Elian's British School of La Nucia is a British international school for students aged 1–18, offering a continuous education from Early Years through to the IB Diploma Programme.

The Role

• Teach IB Diploma Programme Business across Key Stage 5
• Plan and deliver lessons aligned with IB curriculum and assessment frameworks
• Support students through internal assessments and exam preparation
• Contribute to a developing IB department, working alongside colleagues to ensure consistency and quality of delivery
• Provide academic guidance and support to students preparing for university pathways

Candidate Profile

• Qualified teacher with relevant subject specialism
• Experience teaching IB Diploma Programme Business (strongly preferred)
• Confident delivering an academically rigorous, inquiry-based curriculum
• Able to quickly integrate into an established international school setting
