Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct and assist in culinary classes, ensuring a hands-on learning experience.
  • Prepare and organize kitchen materials and ingredients for lessons.
  • Actively participate in practical training sessions and workshops.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the kitchen environment.
  • Learn and apply various culinary techniques and kitchen management skills.
  • Support academy events and provide culinary demonstrations.
  • Engage in continuous learning and skill development.
  • Act on feedback from senior instructors to refine teaching methods.

What We are Looking For:

  • Solid understanding of basic culinary techniques and kitchen operations.
  • Strong cooking skills, willingness to learn, and the ability to follow instructions.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to teach and learn.
  • Culinary degree or diploma from an accredited culinary school or institute
  • Minimum 3-5 years of professional chef experience, with a focus on a specific cuisine, baking/pastry, or specialized cooking technique
  • Previous experience in teaching, training, or mentoring culinary students, either in a classroom setting or through apprenticeships
  • Familiarity with curriculum development and lesson planning for culinary education
