We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support a leading design supplier of bespoke clothing/uniform in the country. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quotation Management: Prepare and complete quotations with precision, ensuring all client specifications and pricing details are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the owner and Senior Merchandiser Manager, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and organizing files.
  • Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary information for quotations and address any inquiries promptly, if necessary.
  • Logistics Coordination: Assist in managing logistics operations, including coordinating shipments, tracking orders, and ensuring timely delivery of products.
  • Documentation: Maintain organized records of all transactions, communications, and logistical details to ensure seamless operations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the design and production teams to ensure client requirements are met and projects are delivered on time.
  • Problem Solving: Address any administrative or logistical challenges efficiently and proactively, providing solutions to maintain workflow continuity.


  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within the fashion or design industry. Logistics experience is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional organizational skills. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated and able to manage work pressure effectively.
