Reservation Supervisor

We are currently looking to hire an exceptional Reservation Supervisor who will manage and optimize the reservation process in PURA Eco Retreats, Al Ain, ensuring a seamless booking experience for guests while supervising a team of reservation agents.

The role highly requires:

• Opera Proficiency
• Reservation Management
• Bilingual Communication English and Arabic
• Collaboration with Other Departments
• Guest Engagement and Satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hotel reservations, with a minimum of 3-4 years in a supervisory role.
• Proficiency in Opera hotel management software is essential.
• Fluent in both English and Arabic, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to delivering a high standard of guest satisfaction.
