Senior Manager - Interior Design

We are conducting a search for a Senior Manager - Interior Design  to join a fast-growing, design-led lifestyle hospitality group in the UAE which is now expanding into different parts of the MENA region.

This role sits at the core of hotel development for new and existing properties, ensuring every property delivers a strong, consistent, and commercially viable design identity. The role will be responsible for overseeing design execution for new properties and at the same time lead interior refreshers for existing hotels in line with the brand DNA. The scope will include the brands branded residences and branded offices.

In this role, you'll:

• Lead interior design development from concept through to project delivery
• Manage and coordinate external design consultants, suppliers, and stakeholders
• Safeguard brand identity across new builds, refurbishments, and asset enhancements
• Review layouts, FF&E specifications, materials, and mock-ups
• Ensure design intent is protected throughout construction and handover
• Balance creativity with cost control, timelines, and value engineering
• Work closely with development, project management, and operations teams

This is a hands-on role requiring both creative judgement and structured project governance.

You'll thrive in this role if you:

• Have experience delivering lifestyle or design-forward hotel projects
• Are currently in-house at a reputable interior design firm, or part of a hotel owners development/design team
• Understand hospitality brand DNA and guest experience fundamentals
• Are commercially aware and comfortable managing budgets
• Demonstrate strong stakeholder management and presentation capability
• Can confidently manage multiple projects simultaneously
