About the job Construction Project Manager
Arkansas Talent Group is seeking a Project Manager for our client's rapidly growing construction company. The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, executing, and delivering construction projects on time, within budget, and in alignment with values of integrity, excellence, dedication, and collaboration. Reporting to senior leadership, this role serves as the key point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle from preconstruction through final turnover.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Coordination

Lead project delivery from initial planning through completion, aligning scope, schedule, and budget with the clients vision.

Develop and maintain project plans, procurement schedules, risk assessments, and milestones.

Integrate preconstruction planning and constructability insights into execution strategy.
Communication & Stakeholder Management

Serve as the primary liaison between owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal Flynco teams.

Maintain transparent communication and documentation throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring expectations are clear and met.
Budgeting & Cost Control

Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and recommend cost-effective solutions.

Identify budget risks and implement corrective measures to maintain fiscal responsibility.
Scheduling & Quality

Coordinate project schedules to ensure timely completion and proactive conflict resolution.

Enforce high quality and safety standards in alignment with Flyncos commitment to excellence.
Team Leadership

Direct, mentor, and supervise field staff and subcontractors to meet performance and quality expectations.

Promote a culture of collaboration and excellence, consistent with company values.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction, general contracting, or construction management.

Proven experience overseeing multi-phase building projects, coordinating complex stakeholder communication, and delivering projects on schedule and within budget.

Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling tools, budgeting, contract administration, and quality control.

Excellent leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
-
Experience with design-build delivery methods.
Experience with Procore
Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Familiarity with Arkansas commercial construction market and public/private project environments.

LEED or other sustainability credentials (preferred but not required).
