Accounting Specialist - Temp to Perm

Arkansas Talent Group is partnering with growing Manufacturing Company to identify a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Specialist to join their team in North Little Rock, AR. This is a temporary-to-permanent position, ideal for someone eager to grow their career in accounting and contribute to a collaborative, professional environment. The role will be performed on-site at their North Little Rock office.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and record accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.

Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.

Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.

Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems.

Support the accounting team with daily administrative tasks.

Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in accounting or related field preferred.

1–2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience.

Proficient in NetSuite, QuickBooks or other accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
