Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

Arkansas Talent Group is searching for an experienced HRBP with experience in mid to large-sized organizations. The HR Business Partner will work closely with leaders and teams to support talent growth, solve workplace challenges, and help shape a positive and productive environment. You'll be a key strategic HR advisor and partner focused on making work rewarding and driving organizational success through people.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic HR advice and support to leaders and employees across departments.
• Manage key HR activities including hiring, compensation, benefits, employee relations, engagement, development, and performance reviews.
• Lead workforce planning and talent management efforts, including identifying high-potential employees and succession planning.
• Support organizational changes and guide communication throughout transitions.
• Advise on employee relations issues and ensure policies comply with employment laws.
• Work with related teams to improve HR programs and organizational effectiveness.
• Use data and HR metrics to identify trends and recommend actions to support business goals.
• Coach managers on giving performance feedback and writing development plans.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, HR certifications highly desired.
• 8-10+ years of HR experience, with 5+ years supporting senior leadership as an HR Business Partner or similar in a mid to large-sized organization.
• Skilled in organization design, workforce planning, and change management.
• Experience with performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership coaching.
• Knowledgeable in employment law and employee relations case management.
• Proficient in HR data analytics and able to translate insights into decisions.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and consulting skills.
