Arkansas Talent Group is searching for an Executive Assistant to the CEO and other C level executives as well as serve as the Office Manager for the team. This role encompasses travel scheduling, event planning and coordination, advanced Excel work, office management, PowerPoint and presentation creation, and serving as a central resource for the executive team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex calendars and professional scheduling for the CEO and executive team, including meetings, calls, and internal and external events
  • Arrange detailed travel logistics such as booking flights, hotels, ground transportation, travel itineraries, and handling any changes as needed
  • Plan, organize, and coordinate internal and external events, meetings, executive offsites, and team-building activities with meticulous attention to detail
  • Create, edit, and format PowerPoint presentations and supporting materials for executive meetings, Board reviews, and external communications
  • Perform advanced Excel tasks such as data compilation, report generation, analytical support, and maintaining dashboards and databases as requested by executives
  • Draft, proofread, and manage confidential correspondence, reports, and other documentation
  • Serve as the administrative point of contact between executives, internal teams, clients, and external partners, facilitating clear and effective communication
  • Oversee office operations, including ordering supplies, maintaining records, handling mail, and troubleshooting administrative issues to ensure smooth business operations
  • Support the CEO and executive team in project coordination, research assignments, and special strategic initiatives as needed
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and strict confidentiality in handling sensitive information

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience supporting CEOs, C-suite, or high-level executives
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills in a fast-paced office
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent the executive office professionally
  • Experience in travel planning, meeting and event coordination, and office management
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and comfort interacting with stakeholders at all levels
  • High attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Preferred: Bachelors degree or equivalent relevant experience
