This position is onsite but could be located at any of their Arkansas branches such as Little Rock, Batesville, Hot Springs, Fayetteville, or Rogers.

The BSA Specialist plays a vital role in upholding our commitment to Compliance and customer safety in the banking industry. This key position involves performing detailed research and tasks related to the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) programs, ensuring thorough adherence to Customer Identification Program (CIP) guidelines. Your responsibilities will include recommending enhancements to identify suspicious or fraudulent activity efficiently while developing a deep understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices, including the Right to Financial Privacy Act and the U.S. Patriot Act.
You will collaborate closely with branch and department staff, offering training and guidance on compliance subjects, and keeping abreast of regulations and industry trends. Moreover, the BSA Specialist will analyze unusual account activities, review watch lists and alerts, and prepare essential reports that strengthen our compliance efforts within the financial sector.
