Arkansas Talent Group is partnering with a successful Investment Group with 30+ entities over multiple industries in Little Rock to help them find a Office Manager to serve as the face of their office and help support day-to-day operations.

The Office Manager is the operational hub of the officepart front-desk ambassador, part administrative problem-solver, and part behind-the-scenes organizer. Typical duties include greeting visitors, answering calls, processing mail and basic invoices/expenses, maintaining digital and paper records, and keeping office supplies and equipment stocked. The Office Manager will support light reporting or data entry (often in Excel), and help ensure the workspace runs smoothly so the whole team can stay focused on their work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors, vendors, and callers, ensuring a warm, professional office presence
  • Perform general receptionist duties, including answering phones, greeting guests, and handling mail and deliveries
  • Manage daily administrative tasks: data entry, filing, scanning, and maintaining organized records
  • Provide light executive support to senior leadership as needed
  • Process and distribute checks in a timely and confidential manner
  • Assist with office supply stocking, vendor coordination, and occasional office errands
  • Support company social media and light marketing activities, such as posting updates, coordinating branded materials
  • Prepare and edit documents and spreadsheets with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment and uphold a high standard of professionalism and confidentiality

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in office management, executive support, or administrative roles strongly preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
  • Comfortable in a dynamic, evolving business setting with discretion and confidentiality
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and a positive presence in the office
