Arkansas Talent Group's Executive Search Team is exclusively working with a very successful investment company in Central Arkansas to help them find a Strategy CFO for their organization. This is a newly created position due to growth that will report directly to the CEO and help fuel their growth! This is a multi-faceted organization that has many businesses in a complex, high volume environment. The Strategy CFO will be instrumental in scaling operations and optimizing financial performance across their portfolio.

  • Lead all financial strategy, planning, and analysis, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Oversee accounting operations and ensure robust internal controls in a complex, multi-entity, high volume structure.
  • Deliver timely, accurate, and high-impact financial reports, dashboards, and forecasts to executives and the Board.
  • Drive high-level decision-making using advanced analytics, financial models, and scenario forecasting.
  • Build and manage relationships with banks, investors, auditors, and key external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to facilitate clear financial communication and operational alignment with all departments.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance, risk management, and adherence to accounting standards.
  • Mentor and lead a high-performing finance and accounting team, fostering continuous improvement and professional growth.
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and system enhancements to improve margin and scalability.
  • Act as a key business partner to the CEO and other executives, providing actionable insights for both short-term performance and long-term strategic goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, CPA highly desired. 
  • Significant progressive finance leadership experience, including in multi-location, high-revenue environments.
  • Expertise in accounting principles and complex financial reporting.
  • Demonstrated expertise in analytics, business intelligence tools, and advanced Excel financial modeling.
  • Track record of making data-driven, strategic decisions with significant business impact.
  • Exceptional communicator, able to clearly explain complex financial concepts to non-financial executives and external stakeholders.
  • Experience with modern ERP/accounting systems and process improvements.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with bankers, investors, and executive peers.
  • Proven ability to excel in fast-paced, high-volume, and rapidly changing environments.
  • Advanced Excel and CRM experience
