Arkansas Talent Group is seeking a Director of Marketing to join our client's business. In this newly created role, you will lead the organizations communication strategy, public relations, and brand presence across all channels, serving as the primary liaison between internal teams, external vendors, and key partners. The Director of Marketing operates at both strategic and execution levels, partnering with executive leadership and the Board while driving high-priority initiatives and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive internal and external communication strategies.
  • Oversee public relations efforts, including messaging, media coordination, and reputation management.
  • Ensure consistent brand voice, tone, and positioning across all communication channels.
  • Manage relationships with multiple external agencies and vendor partners, ensuring performance, alignment, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact with partners, coordinating messaging and initiatives related to website content management.
  • Align vendor and partner deliverables with organizational objectives and timelines.
  • Develop and execute social and content strategies that support stakeholder-specific marketing objectives, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Create, manage, and deploy content and campaigns across digital and social platforms, maintaining brand consistency.
  • Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies based on insights and trends.
  • Direct the development of customized marketing and communications materials tailored to clients, brokers, members, providers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure all collateral is compliant, on-brand, and aligned with audience needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify communication needs and deliver effective materials.
  • Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to support organizational priorities.
  • Provide strategic guidance on communications best practices.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and priorities across multiple initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in communications, marketing, or public relations, with proven experience executing integrated campaigns across digital, social, web, and traditional channels
  • Proven experience creating and managing engaging social media and web content
  • Proven experience managing multiple external vendors and strategic partnerships in achieving goals within budget
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and agencies
  • Strong strategic thinking, decision-making and prioritization skills
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing marketing strategies by stakeholder group
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proven ability to operate effectively at multiple organizational levels, including presenting to executive leadership and Boards of Directors while rapidly executing high-priority, time-sensitive initiatives
