Arkansas Talent Group is partnering with a well-established private wealth advisory practice to find a Financial Planning Associate to join their growing team in Tulsa, OK. Key Responsibilities:

• Build and deepen relationships with existing clients
• Develop comprehensive financial plans and provide investment recommendations
• Participate in regular meetings with prospects and clients
• Stay current on market trends and financial planning strategies
• Pursue continuous professional development
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a client experience

Ideal candidate will possess:

• Early-career professional (0–5 years' experience) interested in building a career in financial planning or wealth management.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• High emotional intelligence and a client-focused mindset
• Self-motivated, accountable, and eager to learn and grow professionally.
• Interest in building a long-term career with a collaborative team
• Series 7 and Series 66 licenses are required. Candidates who do not currently hold these licenses must obtain them within a specified timeframe as a condition of employment.
