Talent Acquisition Leader

As a Talent Acquisition Leader, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with our hiring teams and candidates throughout the entire full-life cycle recruitment process, from identification to onboarding. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement creative recruitment strategies to attract top-tier technical talent and represent our company as an employer of choice. This role requires effective influence on candidates and hiring teams, negotiation, and offer extensions while ensuring compliance with applicable policies, practices, and statutes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (BS or BA).
  • Validated a Tourist USA Visa to travel.
  • Must be bilingual in English/Spanish.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Hiring experience in a Manufacturing environment.
  • Over 10 years of experience in full life-cycle recruitment for blue and white collar, technical, engineering, and manufacturing roles in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Ability to form effective working relationships and provide advice on staffing matters, including HR and recruiting methodologies, and employment law.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, indeed, along with deep expertise in sourcing talent within the manufacturing segment.
  • Recruitment experience with a staffing agency.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) / Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
  • Proven ability to attract passive candidates and develop creative recruitment strategies.
  • Self-driven and entrepreneurial with superior organizational skills, integrity, and follow-through on tasks.
  • Willingness and ability to travel, with an expected travel commitment of about 20% per year.

Essential Functions:

  • Partner with Human Resource Manager, Human Resource Business Partners, and the business to develop and implement hiring strategies.
  • Manage hiring manager expectations and understand the company's business to attract top talent effectively.
  • Improve existing programs and implement innovative strategies to find diverse, top talent.
  • Create an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Source qualified candidates through various channels, including ATS, job posting sites, resume databases, job fairs, conferences, and other resources.
  • Conduct candidate pre-screening and provide qualified candidate recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Coordinate offer letters and the negotiation process when needed.
  • Manage partnerships and maintain metrics with Recruitment Agencies.
