Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in identifying and engaging top talent in the market, supporting our Talent Managers, and ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 Years of Proven experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or a similar role, talent acquisition for Maquiladora Industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing strategies, including social media networking and databases, to build a pool of qualifiable candidates for Hiring Managers.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and team members.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Detail-oriented.

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Collaboration & support: Providing ongoing support to Talent Managers and partners by assisting with recruitment tasks, candidate communication, and process optimization.
  • Generate job descriptions.
  • Generate position in ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
  • Post open positions on platforms. (LinkedIn, indeed, etc.)
  • Headhunting.
  • Resume screening and alignment.
  • Interview coordination and scheduling Interviews.
  • Applicant Tracking System (ATS) management.
  • Market analysis, talent sourcing, and market insights.
