As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for-

  • Acting as the main point of contact and technical resource to the customer for all related issues
  • Aggregating support issues and working them out with Arsenaul technical teams and the customer.
  • Assisting with deployments, expansions, transitions, etc
  • Raising product related issues that should be looked at by Arsenaul's Product team.
  • Facilitating quarterly business review with R&D and support either on site or via WebEx

Do What You Love

To be successful in this role you will-

  • Have 2 years experience and a Bachelors degree or its equivalent
  • Have Intermediate experience in Unix/Linux (preferred) or Windows system administration skills
  • Have a steady understanding of network protocols and basic troubleshooting on network/OS devices
  • Have experience with automation/configuration management using Puppet, Ansible, Chef or an equivalent management tool used for CI/CD
  • Have some experience in at least one programming language- BASH, Python, Perl, Ruby, GO, etc.
  • Have basic skills in version control systems such as Bitbucket/Git, TFS and other CI/CD tools e.g. Rundeck, Jenkins, Terraform, Kitchen, Packer, Vagrant, etc.
