About the job Marketing Manager | APAC

As a member of the global field marketing team you will be instrumental in helping grow our business in the APAC region. You'll manage all aspects of Arsenaults field marketing efforts in APAC with a focus on generating and accelerating new business & customer upsell pipeline and revenue. The role is best suited to a marketing generalist who is comfortable working autonomously, and encompasses a broad range of channels and tactics, including account based marketing, online and in-person events and digital marketing.

This is our first marketing hire in the region and provides a fantastic opportunity to help own and define our local strategy. A successful candidate will be a highly organised, self-starting and strong communicator with solid local market knowledge who thrives in a fast-paced, creative and goal-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with local sales leadership to build a regional marketing plan that aligns with our growth goals and priorities.
  • Manage and execute Arsenault events including regional sponsorships, tradeshows, executive events, customer workshops, and more, to demonstrate the value of Arsenault to support new customer acquisition and expansion.
  • Plan and execute strong, data-driven marketing programs to drive pipeline generation and brand awareness in the region.
  • Collaborate with supporting marketing functions to build and coordinate overall regional strategy and integrate field programs into the buyer journey.
  • Collect, measure, evaluate and report quantitative and qualitative data from all regional/local campaigns; own post-event and campaign ROI analysis and maintain and monitor lead flow through the pipeline

Qualifications

  • 5yrs + B2B SaaS experience preferred
  • Regional experience mandatory
  • Proven success in managing and executing regional marketing programs that drive brand awareness and pipeline growth.
  • Have an end-to-end, hands-on approach to marketing activities and programs
  • Ability to work collaboratively across internal and external teams, and timezones, in a decentralized work environment
  • Data-driven approach to planning, execution and success measurement
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to travel for execution of duties
