Were looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Multimedia Designer to lead the creation of engaging and conversion-driven visual assets across App Store Optimization (ASO), social media, digital advertising, and other marketing initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of design, marketing, and strategy ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment and is passionate about using design to drive business growth.
As a senior contributor, you will conceptualize, design, and execute a wide range of multimedia content, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior creatives. Your work will directly influence our brand presence, user acquisition strategies, and marketing performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and production of high-impact ASO assets (app icons, screenshots, feature graphics, preview videos) for Apple App Store and Google Play, focused on conversion optimization.
  • Create engaging social media content (static images, carousels, animated graphics, short-form videos) tailored to platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and YouTube.
  • Design static and animated digital ads, including banner ads and interactive formats, optimized for both web and mobile campaigns.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and ASO teams to translate user insights and strategic goals into effective visual storytelling.
  • Contribute to and lead A/B testing of creative assets; analyze performance data and iterate based on key metrics.
  • Maintain and evolve brand consistency across all digital touchpoints while continuously pushing creative boundaries.
  • Stay informed on the latest design trends, ASO guidelines, platform-specific creative requirements, and emerging tools.
  • Mentor junior designers, offering guidance, feedback, and support to uphold high design standards within the team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • 7 - 10 years of professional experience in multimedia/digital design, with a strong emphasis on ASO, social media, and marketing creatives.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of ASO creatives, social media campaigns, and digital advertising assets.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), and modern design tools such as Figma or Sketch.
  • Interest in (and ideally familiarity with) AI design software for images and video.
  • Advanced skills in motion graphics and video editing; HTML5 ad experience is a strong plus.
  • Deep understanding of user behavior, mobile-first design, ASO best practices, and digital marketing performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to lead complex initiatives and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience in tech, mobile apps, or a high-growth digital environment is highly preferred.
  • English - Upper Intermediate+, spoken and written
