About the Role:

The company is looking for a Senior Sales Specialist to own the full sales cycle for inbound opportunities — from initial qualification through negotiation to closing.
The company operates in a highly dynamic environment where agility, adaptability, and a hands-on approach are key to success.
The role is central to converting inbound demand into revenue, improving sales processes, and driving deal execution in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is a highly autonomous sales professional with a strong track record in closing complex B2B deals and managing multi-stakeholder negotiations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full sales cycle: qualification, presentation, negotiation, and closing
  • Serve as the main point of contact for a defined set of clients
  • Handle all inbound sales requests across online platforms, email, and other channels — from first contact to commercial offer and contract signature
  • Build and improve the inbound sales workflow
  • Lead and support key negotiations, including complex international deals
  • Manage deals with multiple stakeholders and longer sales cycles
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline tracking
  • Own renewals, contract negotiations, and pricing discussions
  • Understand client needs and challenges to deliver tailored solutions
  • Contribute to sales strategy and go-to-market planning

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or similar roles
  • Proven track record of closing complex or enterprise-level deals
  • Ability to independently manage the full sales cycle with minimal supervision
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working in an international environment
  • English proficiency: B2+/C1 (Upper-Intermediate to Advanced)

 Nice to Have:

  • Experience in deftech / miltech / hardware or complex technical products
  • Experience working in matrix or cross-functional organizations
