System Administrator

Our Client, an Israel-based company that created the world's leading business management software, is now looking for a System Administrator to join their team.

The company is a SAP Business One integrator that develops applications for SAP systems. It has a large and professional support center in Israel that provides services to all sizes of companies. Has over 25+ years of experience and has developed over 250 applications, making it the best in the industry for software ERP management solutions. You will join the large and complex product and have to be ready to learn parts of it as part of the job. 

About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled System Administrator to join the dynamic global team.
In this role, you will be responsible a wide range of customer environments to work in — Windows Server, SQL Server, VMware, and cloud.

What you'll do:

• You'll own installations and upgrades for new and existing customers, end to end, and keep their systems running smoothly day to day.
• Run installations and upgrades as your own projects, from kickoff to sign-off
• Support and operate cloud environments and VMware virtual servers
• Install and configure applications to spec
• Support customers remotely, by phone and remote session, across Microsoft servers and workstations
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
• Keep our own team's IT running

What you bring:

• 3+ years in a technical IT support role
• Strong troubleshooting instincts and a structured, organized way of working
• Solid grounding in systems and networks
• The ability to explain a technical problem in plain language — in fluent English, written and spoken
• Calm under pressure, comfortable juggling several things at once
• Hands-on VMware or cloud experience — a plus
• CCNA or MCSA — a plus
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work as a part of a team as well as independently.
• Fluency in English (both speak and written).
