Tax Specialist

Our client is a leading provider of cement products for the construction industry.

Artemis is recruiting a Tax Specialist with at least 5 years of working experience

Location: Bangkok

Responsibilities

• Prepare or Support updating of transfer pricing documentation.
• Monitor actual financial results of each companies in the Group to fall within the arm's length range principal under Thailand transfer pricing rules.
• Up to date on any new tax/ regulatory changes in compliance with relevant Tax accounting principles, both local and global requirements (Revenue Code and SET regulations) and group tax policies.
•  Monitor and control work processes relating to tax reporting/ filing (PND 1, PND 3, PND 53, PND 54, PP30, PP36) in an appropriate manner.
•  Review Corporate Income Tax (CIT) calculation and filling tax returns and payments, ensure that information for statutory tax disclosures/ evidence is maintained to support tax filing positions.
• Preparing internal and external Tax reports.

Requirements

•  Thai nationality
  
•  At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Law or related

•  Minimum 5 years of experience in preparing/ managing local tax documentation and transfer pricing document. Experience in working with MNCs preferred.

• Attention to detail and planning/ Data accuracy is required
  
•  Work well under pressure/ Be proactive and Can-do attitude, detail-oriented and good problem-solving skill
  
• Good MS Office skills especially in Ms. Excel, Word & Power Point
  
• Experience in SAP will be advantage
