Deputy Regional Controller

• Generate and ensure accuracy and legal conformity of accounting, financial statements and reports. Collaborate, establish procedures and follow up with other departments to ensure timely reporting.
• Guarantee all taxes computation and payments according to legal demands. Generate cash flowforecast and ensure liquidity. Mitigate forex impact. 
• Control all business decisions in terms of related costs and performance, in order to provide analysis on business decision-making, and recommendations to the Country Manager, the Country Controller and the Heads of Department.
• Manage and execute recruiting, training, developing and succession planning for the accounting& finance department teammembers. Ensure that all employee relation responsibilities are fulfilled. 
• Establish and develop relations with all heads of departments, senior management,external partners and stakeholders.

• MBA with Degree in accounting or professional accountancy qualifications; 
• Knowledge ofSAP is a must; 
• At least 10 years working experience in managerial level; 
• Experience in retail background is highly preferred; 
• High level of problem solving skills and an analytical mind set; 
• Able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure; 
• Self-motivated person with strong leadership and supervisory skills; 
• Strong communication and influencing skills, able to confidently liaise with people at all levels; 
• Fluent in English.
