Job Responsibilities:

  • Arrange administrative tasks to support the Sales department to enhance Sales effectiveness
  • Receive and answer customer inquiries from incoming call form customer
  • Prepare sales document e.g. quotation, order confirmation and shipment
  • Reply and acknowledge E-mail inquiries from customer
  • Track shipment and delivery to ensure fast delivery system
  • Coordinate with warehouse and courier in shipment issues
  • Support customers and sales engineer request
  • Enhance and maintain customer satisfaction

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Female 22-23 years old
  • New graduate and experienced person from Bachelor's Degree in any faculties is welcome!
  • Good command of spoken / written English (TOEIC :650)
  • Thai language required native level
  • Mandatory: Microsoft office with high typing speed skill
  • Personality: Diligent, Patient, Cheerful, Friendly, High Hospitality
