Job summary:  
The General Manager- Commercial and Operation will be responsible for the following key areas: 
1.1 GM-Commercial & Operations for the company  Lead strategic planning and execution of Business Development project and commercial jobs to achieved the assigned targets  Lead, provide suggestion and ensure smooth and efficient operations delivered.  Lead Operations Efficiency and Effectiveness improvement. 
1.2 Provide consultancy for developing business in GMR countries  Seeking for business opportunity and lead to concerned parties  Building business pipeline for Dry Port, Distribution and 3L Logistic business. 
1.3 Managing Logistics –in Myanmar  Reviewing the potential and putting proposal up for management discussion  Building the business upon proposal approval  
1.4 Assist MD of GMR on project agreed or any businesses that are directly or indirectly assigned by the MD of GMR. 
Responsibilities:  
- Full P&L responsibility for the KMTL. - Strategy - Planning, Designing and implementing strategy of the operations to ensure company targets are met. Recommend strategic plans and review, prepare and complete action plans, - Drive revenue and Profitability- Develop the business plans in order to achieve the budget of KMTL, control expenses and maximize profits. - Operational management - Awareness and communication - Maintain awareness and knowledge of contemporary operational development theory and methods and provide suitable interpretation to directors, managers and staff within the organization. Be an effective communicator with Headquarter, Other region and internal Myanmar Team. 
 
 
Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Logistics Management or related field is preferred. - At least 10 years of experience of operations & Business Development experience. - Knowledge and experience in project management and other logistics related services. - Excellent interpersonal skills with good command in both written and spoken English. - Skilled in all office software and the operations of FMIS. - Well organized with systematic and able to prioritize effectively. 
 
Portion of execution/management - Able to work under pressure and also good in managing team. - Planning and prioritize effectively for multi task.
