Our client is a global manufacturer of steel and aluminum wheels.

Work Location: Bangkok, Thailand

Artemis is now seeking for  Executive Assistant with at least 5 years of working experience.

Responsibilities

  • Secretarial support to the BU President, generally to help our business and daily working operation smoothly and efficiently.
  • Responsible to managing offices administrative and managing receptionist, coordinate with the travel agent for any business arrangement for Bangkok office staff, visa/working permit process for foreigner, coordinating on internal communication including CSR activity within the region and connect with Global Marketing Communication Team
  • Ensure that all required document related to the meeting is ready prior to the meeting
  • Prepare the document / material as required by BU President such as PowerPoint presentation, worksheet, etc.
  • Coordinate with other Executive Assistant for any LT Meeting to ensure that all meeting is well prepared in advance.
  • Other tasks assigned by line director or company
  • Managing office facilities, Furniture and furnishings, equipment, stationery catering / refreshments suppliers and phone systems at a high standard
  • Manage all external agencies, like travel, delivery, stationary vendors to ensure the service quality and also the daily operation more efficiently
  • Supervision of the Receptionist; Support to manage internal communication activities, i.e annual leave records, team building activities and others
  • Coordination of IT support with the corporate IT manager to ensure office’s IT and telephone system requirements are met and IT problems/ issues are resolved in a timely manner
  • Assistance and work with all functions as/when required; 
  • Other tasks assigned by line director or company

 

Requirements

  • Have a bachelor’s degree, preferably in business administration or managemen
  • 5 years of working experiences at least in similar position;
  • Be proficient in both verbal and written English;
  •  PC applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Database).
