Our client is a leading logistics and supply chain solutions provider with a strong footprint across Thailand and the CLMV region. They offer end-to-end services in freight forwarding, cross-border trucking, warehousing, distribution, and value-added logistics solutions.

With rapid growth in the cross-border market, they are looking for a high-potential Sales Executive Freight & Cross-Border to expand key trade routes, strengthen customer relationships, and drive regional business growth.

What You Will Do

Freight & Cross-Border Sales

  • Promote and sell cross-border trucking, freight forwarding, and integrated logistics solutions.
  • Identify, develop, and grow new customers and trade lanes in CLMV and beyond.
  • Prepare and deliver competitive quotations, proposals, and commercial presentations.

Customer & Partner Management

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with customers, overseas agents, and suppliers.
  • Manage key accounts and ensure smooth end-to-end service delivery.

  • Handle customer inquiries, RFQs, RFPs, and RFIs with professionalism and accuracy.

Operational Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal teams, carriers, and third-party suppliers to ensure timely and accurate shipment execution.
  • Support process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, profit analysis, and cost sheets.
  • Track market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

What Were Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Economics, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of sales experience in logistics, freight forwarding, cross-border, or industrial solutions.
  • Experience in cross-border trucking or regional trade is a strong advantage.
  • Fluent English (spoken & written) with the ability to communicate across cultures.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Must have own car and valid driving license.

Reporting Line

Reports directly to the Sales Manager, with close alignment with the Head of Sales & Business Development.

What Success Looks Like (First 6 Months)

  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with customers, carriers, and suppliers
  • Achieves initial sales targets for freight and cross-border trucking services
  • Demonstrates accurate pricing, cost sheet preparation, and reporting
  • Ensures smooth, reliable shipment execution with high customer satisfaction
  • Identifies new trade lanes, business opportunities, and ways to improve efficiency
