Marketing Manager

Our client is one of the international School in Thailand  

Artemis is recruiting a Marketing Manager with at least 2 years of working experience

Location: Charan Sanitwong, Thailand

Responsibilities

 ·        Provide information in regards to school programmes, events, functions, activities, examinations and timings

·         Answer telephone, walk-in and e-mail enquiries concerning entry and application into the school in a timely and friendly manner

·         Arranging appointments to visit the school and meeting prospective parents

·         Provide tours escorting prospective parents around the school

·         Maintain accurate and up-to-date data concerning enquiries, visits, testing, and applications.

·         Arrange and invigilate the testing of prospective students

·         To help ensure the procedures for the welcoming of visitors is adhered to in practice

·         To assist with other administration from time to time

·         Responsible for Booth Exhibition, Booth Display.

·         Provide information about the School (curriculum, admission procedure, tours, administration structure etc.).

Requirements

 ·         At least 2 years’ experience with marketing job.

·         Skills in Line marketing, Facebook, Digital marketing (SEO/SEM), SMS marketing and Excel Expert

·         Be an excellent communicator with staff, students and parents modelling the school paradigm of politeness and courtesy at all times

·         Have excellent language proficiency (written and spoken) in English and Thai

·         Be known for administrative efficiency
