Country Finance Manager

You will manage:

• Local tax reporting
• Relationship with banks and seek cost-effective solutions for cash transactions
• Working capital to ensure targets set by the group are achieved (AR/Cash forecast)
• Audit and month-end closing process ensuring strict accuracy and deadlines
• Preparation of monthly country reporting and of performance analysis (P&L and BS)

You will monitor and analyze:

• G&A spending versus budget and explain variances
• Daily/weekly performance and resulting risk impact on KPI’s and cash
• ROI impact of various initiatives from Operations/Marketing teams

This job might be for you if:

• Fluent in both Thai and English
• You have been a Finance Manager for at least 3 years. 
• You pay attention to detail. You’re focused and able to organize what you should prioritize.
• You have a real hands-on mentality (i.e. do the work yourself) essential. You have solid analytical skills and know your business numbers inside and out. 
• You enjoy building up structures and processes and have a positive can-do attitude. You have the desire to work and develop in a fast pace startup.
• You can communicate clearly. You’re able to manage expectations at senior management level.
• It will be a plus if you are CPA/CFA certified.
