Site Manager

• You will be responsible for managing all construction site activities at our customer project in Thailand, closely coordinating schedules with customers, authorities and other contractors.

• You will manage the order-related planning of resources, schedules and availabilities, including responsibility for costs, deadlines and quality

• You will be responsible for receiving customer requests and identifying additional services and will be involved in negotiations about such supplementary services

• The protection of workplaces against accident risks, e.g. by monitoring the construction site and where necessary introducing appropriate hazard prevention measures will round of your remit

• Your work as Site Manager will also include reporting on construction site progress and preparing full construction site documentation

• You have successfully completed an engineering course or technical training in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or construction engineering

• You bring many years’ professional experience as a site manager in plant business

• You will ideally already have amassed experience in project management, as well as in project planning, management and control.

• You have experience with Material Handling System or Baggage Handling System.

• In addition, you are experienced in the functional management and motivation of employees, as well as in the capacity utilization planning of employees and machinery and you bring excellent decision-making skills and assertiveness, are result and quality-oriented, have organizational skills, are customer-oriented and a good team player

• You are a proficient English and Thai speaker; a third foreign language would be an asset
