JobResponsibilities:

  • Manage to gather requirements on business opportunities project, create a research design, document and implement solutions to satisfy business and development needs.
  • Control, own, and present findings of study to top management and/or concern parties.
  • Prepare business cases to inform investment and trade of recommendations.
  • Oversee, develop and provide competitive analysis including recurring reports and ad-hoc analyses, keeping a pulse on new approaches to competitive monitoring and how to leverage the best in class sources available.
  • Draw conclusions from the data, analytics, research, market and industry trends, to support, enable, measure and monitor go-to-market initiatives.
  • Interact with management at a high-level concerning the alignment of the data analysis and research findings with long-term business.
  • Manage to conduct and analyze customer survey. Analyze competitor and market insights and recommend ways to improve customer journey and experience.
  • Manage and design ad-hoc analysis on key business metrics and present findings in a clear and actionable format to give management visibility and support decision making.
  • Assist in the development of internal policies and procedures (standards, controls and metrics)

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Economics, Marketing, Statistics or related technical field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to provide thoughtful, merit based strategic insights in a clear and concise manner to other members of the Senior Management team.
  • Ability to interact and communicate with all levels of an organization and drive influence without direct authority
  • Creativity, adaptability, tenacity, a sense of urgency and a hands-on orientation
  • Must be capable of performing in a dynamic environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously with the ability to work on multiple projects at any time.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, combining a flexible, strategic approach with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in al aspects of Microsoft Office, Excel and Power Point.
