Our client operates a property development business

Work Location: Bangkok Thailand

Artemis is now seeking for a Marketing Manager with at least 5 years of working experience.

Responsibilities

·         Provide advice regarding advertising, media placement, social media, electronic marketing and site content to increase ROI.

·         Assist in developing and managing the marketing budget for each community, to ensure company’s financial parameters.

·         Assist in directing, planning and implementing property events, including the promotion and logistics of marketing special events (grand openings, resident events, etc.)

·         Assist in strategizing, developing and distributing all promotional marketing materials, including electronic and print media.

 

Requirements

 

·         Thai nationality

·         At least a Bachelor’s degree in marketing or comparable field

·         At least 5 years of working experience

·         Excellent creative flair with top-notch conceptual and visual skills with the ability to take ideas and transform them into images and layouts.

·         Ability to travel to properties.

·         Experience with creative software programs strongly preferred (Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Flash, etc).

·         Solid abilities in MS Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
