Project Engineer

Responsibilities

• Present weekly progress report to Construction Manager
• Attend weekly site meeting and project coordination meeting
• Implementation of internal work procedure
• Monitor contractor work procedure
• Monitor and implement on applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications
• Report to Project Manager of any design change and variation order
• Enforce site safety policy
• Provide technical support and solve operational problem
• Review all contractor payment claims
• Review all the construction drawings, specification and quantity
• Monitor material and equipment resource
• Maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinate activities and resolve problems
• Monitor contractor work sequence and contractor labour resource
• Supervise project handing over including room unit transferring to customers
• Correspondence at contractor project engineer level

Qualifications\

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/ Construction Engineering
• Male or female, aged over 28 years old
• Have direct experince in housing projects would be an advantage
• Well organized, able to work under pressure, flexible, Problem solving, Management skills
