Facility Management Manager

Responsibilities:

·         Lead team and lead facilities management initiatives to support strategic goals and objectives.

·         Develop and implement long-term plans and short-term goals according to organization's vision, mission, and values

·         To recommend and coordinate with the Property Management team with regard to issues of co-owners' units and common areas as per the condominium law

·         To provide general advise to the committee and property management teams as and when required

·         To act as the representative of the condominium projects and housing projects juristic person

·         To advise or recommend any requirements for the property to the committee members

Qualification:

·         Thai nationality, Male/Female, age above 38 years old

·         Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business administration or related fields.

·         Minimum 10 years of experience in Facility management/ Juristic Person.                                                          

·         Good management skill, communication skill and Team work.
