Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Managing end-to-end construction projects from the planning of the master schedule, pre-construction, construction, and post construction phases.
• Monitoring project budgets, activity releases and evaluating the potential costs of projects.
• Controlling the quality of projects.
• Monitoring project progress and ensuring completion on time and according to the agreed schedule.
• Coordinate with project manager/designers/contractors/suppliers on all issues.
• Updating of weekly and monthly reports.

Qualifications:

• Male, Thai nationality, Age 35 – 40 year old.
• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in property development, construction project management, civil or construction project management is preferred.
