Accounting Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage overall accounting closing process and analyze the financial budget of the company
• Plan and control company’s yearly cost and budget
• Handle the accounting and financial report to present to CEO
• Work and coordinate with external auditor
• Manage and lead the accounting team to have well performance and to work efficiently

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or Master Degree of Accounting or relevant field
• Age over 35 years old
• Have direct experience working in Property Development/ Real Estate Development
• Minimum 3 years experience working as a Manager level
• Excellent in Microsoft Office program
