Location: WHA 1 Industrial Estate, Rayong, Thailand

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily operation tasks of Free Zone
• Import-Export knowledge application
• Local content management
• Inventory oversight, including stock aging, balance, and movement
• Managing customs clearance for domestic sales
• Collaboration with external government departments (Customs, Department of Foreign Trade, MIT, etc.)
• Scrap management and Outsource management
• Handling customs compliance and trade compliance regulations

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Business, Management, or related field
• 5-7 years of experience in Free Zone, Customs, and Import-Export operations
• Certificate of customs broker, customs specialist preferred
• Strong experience in local content operations
• Knowledgeable in customs and international trade regulations
• Proficiency in English and Thai (written & spoken)
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Sum, If, VLOOKUP, Pivot, PowerPoint
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure
• Own car or driving license
