Working Hours: Monday - Friday + every other Saturday (8:0017:00)

Were looking for a dynamic General Manager After-Sales Service to lead our growing after-sales and spare parts operation. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who is equally skilled in technical diagnostics and team leadership. You'll play a vital role in delivering an exceptional service experience while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the after-sales service and spare parts departments, ensuring alignment with company KPIs (e.g., customer response within 7 days, repairs completed within 48 hours).

  • Supervise, coach, and develop a team of technicians to uphold service quality and performance.

  • Oversee the warranty claims process ensuring speed, accuracy, and fairness.

  • Plan and implement technical training programs to upskill service staff.

  • Control operating costs while maintaining service excellence.

  • Monitor repair performance, customer satisfaction, and take corrective actions as needed.

  • Manage and optimize the spare parts inventory system ensuring stock availability, preventing loss or damage, and maintaining ideal stock levels.

  • Ensure spare parts quality, sourcing from reputable suppliers at competitive prices.

  • Drive spare parts sales, building a high-performance sales and inventory team.

  • Track and report operational performance to senior management with improvement plans.
