Position: Executive Secretary After-Sales Service Department
- Hours: Mon - Fri plus every other Saturday from 8.00 - 17.00 hrs.
- Location: 100% onsite HQ in Putthamonthon sai 5 opposite Central Salaya
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Follow up on outstanding tasks from the technician team and provide weekly progress reports.
- Coordinate with HR, administrative, and spare parts departments to ensure fast and efficient customer service.
- Track after-sales service sales performance and prepare comparison reports against targets.
- Manage the executives appointment schedule, travel arrangements, and activities.
- Assist with personal and family matters of the executive when assigned.
Qualifications:
- Female, aged between 25-35 years.
- Well-groomed, pleasant personality, and good interpersonal skills.
- Able to drive and travel upcountry.
- Comfortable consuming alcohol when accompanying the executive to meet clients or business partners.
- English proficiency is an advantage.
Preferences:
- Must be able to entertain and take care of clients (including drinking and traveling upcountry).
- Able to attend meetings on behalf of the executive.
- Age not over 35 years.
