Position: Executive Secretary After-Sales Service Department

  • Hours: Mon - Fri plus every other Saturday from 8.00 - 17.00 hrs. 
  • Location: 100% onsite HQ in Putthamonthon sai 5 opposite Central Salaya

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on outstanding tasks from the technician team and provide weekly progress reports.
  • Coordinate with HR, administrative, and spare parts departments to ensure fast and efficient customer service.
  • Track after-sales service sales performance and prepare comparison reports against targets.
  • Manage the executives appointment schedule, travel arrangements, and activities.
  • Assist with personal and family matters of the executive when assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Female, aged between 25-35 years.
  • Well-groomed, pleasant personality, and good interpersonal skills.
  • Able to drive and travel upcountry.
  • Comfortable consuming alcohol when accompanying the executive to meet clients or business partners.
  • English proficiency is an advantage.

Preferences:

  • Must be able to entertain and take care of clients (including drinking and traveling upcountry).
  • Able to attend meetings on behalf of the executive.
  • Age not over 35 years.
