Specializing in the distribution of global premium F&B products to top-notch hospitality businesses and the retail sector across Thailand, our client has built a reputation for excellence in the industry.

Responsibilities:

As the Regional Sales Manager/Executive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the sales strategy for the assigned Bangkok and outer Bangkok areas. Collaborating closely with the Director, you will craft monthly and quarterly sales plans that align with business objectives. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating business activities and establishing direct relations with on-trade channels.
  • Managing and supporting the overall commercial strategy, promotions, and assortment for their brands in Thailand.
  • Overseeing daily customer management for major accounts nationwide, including annual negotiations.
  • Analyzing market dynamics, understanding competitor businesses, and sharing insightful recommendations with the broader team.
  • Acting as the Regional business lead and serving as a daily touchpoint and sparring partner for the sales team.
  • Willingness to travel (approximately 40%).

Main Tasks:

  • Developing regional sales plans and quotas to expand customer coverage in on-trade channels.
  • Ensuring the retention and growth of existing clients while identifying and cultivating potential new customers.
  • Preparing and reviewing the annual budget for the assigned area.
  • Demonstrating the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • A commitment to results-oriented performance.
  • Providing consistent and detailed progress reports.

Requirements:

To be the perfect candidate, you should have:

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably in FMCG/Retail.
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration.
  • Proficiency in English and Thai (verbal & written).
  • Strong ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators.
  • Excellent relational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Negotiation experience and the ability to navigate the complexity of understanding a new business quickly.
  • Demonstrated autonomy and the capability to drive a stand-alone business.
